This Cancellation & Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall be applicable to you when you purchase a subscription through our website – https://www.wegodoo.com/, our corresponding web app, namely, ‘WeGoDoo’, and our mobile application, namely, ‘WeGoDoo’ as available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (hereinafter individually as well as collectively, referred to as the “Platform” or “Site” or “Website” or “App”).

Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and WeGoDoo. If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, then you cannot purchase the subscription on WeGoDoo.

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

1. DEFINITIONS

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all the capitalized terms used in this Policy shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

By purchasing a subscription on our Site, you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy statement, and any future updates and additions to these policies, as published from time to time at the website, or as otherwise may be communicated to you via email.

3. SERVICES DESCRIPTION

We use our best endeavour to provide accurate and materially complete descriptions of all the subscription plans, and their features. However, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. We reserve the right to bring new features and/or take out certain features of our services at any time at our sole discretion.

 

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

A. APPLE APP STORE

Apple does not allow us to issue refunds on behalf of users. If you made a purchase using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not WeGoDoo.

So, if you have purchased the subscription through Apple in-app purchases, you will need to contact Apple customer support directly for a refund. According to Apple, certain purchases from the App Store might be eligible for a refund. Refund eligibility on Apple might vary by country or region. See the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for details.

Process of Refund:

As per Apple, you can use any device with a web browser to request a refund within 48 hours from the start of the subscription. The process is as follows:

a) Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.

b) Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

c) Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

d) Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.

Why am I unable to request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com?

If the charge is pending, you can’t request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.

If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before you request a refund. You might need to update your payment information. To do this, click here.

If you don't know why you were charged, review your family members' purchases. If you're the family organizer, tap or click the Apple ID button, then choose All. Purchases charged to your shared payment method appear.

WeGoDoo Policy

If more than 48 hours have elapsed and you cannot get Apple to cancel the subscription, feel free to contact us at support@wegodoo.com. We will provide you a refund on the annual subscription plans if your cancellation request is received by us within a period of 30 (thirty) days of subscription start date. Once we receive an eligible request from the user, the refund will be processed via the same payment gateway used for making subscription payment. This policy is not applicable to monthly subscription plans.

B) GOOGLE PLAY STORE

If you have purchased a subscription on an Android device using Google Play Store in-app purchases, then the following refund policy shall apply to you.

Refund Policy applicable to all (regardless of where you are from):

If it’s been less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase, you may be eligible to get a refund, subject to the approval of Google. You can request a refund from Google with your order number for the Google Play Store (you can find the order number in the order confirmation email or by logging in to Google Wallet). You must mention the reason for your cancellation.

If you find a Google Play purchase on your card or other payment method that you didn't make and that wasn't made by anyone you know, report unauthorized charges within 120 days of the transaction by clicking here.

You can apply for a refund once. If you buy the subscription of WeGoDoo again, you can't get a refund.

If a refund is issued, you'll lose access to the subscription immediately.

All refunds under this Section are subject to the approval of Google. WeGoDoo will request Google to refund. However, WeGoDoo has no say in this respect.

WeGoDoo Policy

C) PABBLY SUBSCRIPTION BILLING PLATFORM

i. Annual Plan: In case of an annual subscription plan subscribed via Pabbly Subscription Billing platform, we will allow a refund if a request is made to us within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the subscription start date. If you cancel, your subscription will expire immediately. However, if you cancel the subscription after this period of 30 (thirty) days, the subscription will end at the end of your current annual billing cycle, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

ii. Monthly Plan: If the user takes a monthly plan, we will not offer a refund on Pabbly Subscription Billing platform. The user can cancel his subscription at any time. However, the subscription will only end on the last day of the billing cycle.

D) ADDITIONAL LICENSES PURCHASED ON BUSINESS PLAN

i. Users subscribed to a business plan can buy additional licenses anytime during the tenure of the subscription period. The subscription renewal date will remain the same, but the additional license amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

ii. Similarly, the admin User can reduce the number of licenses at any time during the subscription period.

iii. You can reduce the licenses at any time by going to your admin panel. Please note, only unassigned/unused licenses can be reduced, and the refund will be calculated on pro-rata

basis. Any eligible refund will be credited to admin user’s WeGoDoo account as credits and can be utilized during the next renewal. If you want refund to be credited to your bank account, you can email us at support@wegodoo.com and request a refund to bank account.

iv. If you are on a monthly subscription plan, we will not offer a refund for the purchase of subscription of additional licenses on Pabbly Subscription Billing platform. The user can cancel his subscription at any time. However, the subscription will end at the end of the current billing cycle. All refund requests shall be raised at support@wegodoo.com.

5. REFUNDS

All eligible refunds will be refunded back to your original method of payment within the period of 7-10 business days (although you will probably get it sooner). If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact us at support@wegodoo.com, and we will look into it.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms of Service.

7. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may add to or change or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your use of the Platform after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance to such amendments.
